Principal Dentist & Practice Owner
Dr. Raman is the Principal Dentist and Practice Owner at Dental @ Niddrie Plaza. Originally graduating as a dentist in India, she moved to Australia in 2011 and is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
With extensive experience in private practice across Melbourne, Dr. Raman enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with a special interest in caring for anxious and dental-phobic patients. She has completed further training in orthodontics, Clear Aligners, dental lasers, and implant dentistry to provide her patients with the latest treatment options.
Associate Dentist
Dr. Ximena Rojas earned a Bachelor of Dentistry degree from the National University of Colombia in 2009. Dr. Ximena began her career in Colombia, providing treatment in the public and private sectors as a general dentist for four years. Motivated by her particular interest in oral rehabilitation, Dr. Ximena completed a postgraduate degree in Prosthodontics at the National University of Colombia, receiving her degree in 2015.
Passionate about cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Ximena keeps up to date with the latest dental technology and procedures, giving patients comfort and confidence during their dental treatment.
Associate Dentist
Dr. Jaya is known for her honest, friendly, and down-to-earth approach to dentistry. She takes the time to listen to her patients, understand their individual needs, and provide tailored treatment options that best suit their oral health goals and lifestyle. Her warm and approachable nature helps patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their dental journey.
With over nine years of experience working across both Victorian public health and private practice, Dr. Jaya has developed a broad range of clinical skills and is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
Dentist
Dr. Reimond Kassis graduated with a Bachelor of Dentistry from Damascus University. He worked in his practice for six years before moving to Brazil, where he completed a Specialisation in Periodontics. Dr. Reimond is particularly interested in implant restorative dentistry and managing gum conditions and Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) disorders.
Dr. Reimond is highly skilled at providing a full range of restorative services. Dr. Reimond works with the philosophy that prevention is better than a cure.
In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, swimming, and listening to a diverse range of music collected from the various places he has called home.
Dentist
Dr Taruna is an Australian Dental Council-certified dentist. She completed her graduation in 2016 and practised overseas before moving to Australia in 2017. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry, with a special interest in preventive dentistry. She is very gentle with all her patients, especially kids, who love to see her. Her calm and caring demeanour make her the dentist of choice for most of our patients.
Dr Taruna believes in developing a strong rapport with every patient to understand their dental needs and requirements before offering treatments to them.
Associate Dentist
With over 20 years of clinical experience, Dr. Hasan Ali is dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through gentle, personalised care. He has extensive experience in all aspects of general dentistry, with special interests in orthodontics, implant dentistry, and family dental care.
Committed to ongoing professional development, Dr. Hasan has completed advanced training in orthodontics and implant dentistry, including All-on-X implant treatment. He enjoys creating tailored treatment plans that help patients improve both the function and appearance of their smiles.
Known for his calm, caring, and patient-focused approach, Dr. Hasan takes the time to understand each patient’s needs and ensure they feel comfortable throughout their treatment.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Hasan enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, volunteering in the community, and staying active through badminton, table tennis, and soccer.
Oral Health Therapist
Sandeep is an Oral Health Therapist with a Bachelor of Oral Health (Hygiene and Therapy). Through clinical placements in the public dental sector, Sandeep has gained experience caring for children, older adults, individuals with special needs, and people from a wide range of backgrounds.
Sandeep loves working with children and is passionate about helping them feel comfortable and confident at the dentist. By creating a calm, friendly, and fun environment, Sandeep aims to make every visit a positive experience while encouraging healthy habits that last a lifetime. Sandeep also enjoys educating patients of all ages and believes prevention is the key to maintaining a healthy smile.
Outside of dentistry, Sandeep enjoys gardening, reading, exploring nature, hiking, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Cate is our all-round team member who you will see sometimes in the surgery assisting the dentist with complex treatments and other times at the front desk to answer all of your dental queries and payment plan arrangements. She is very dedicated and keen to help every patient meet their dental health needs and she will guide you through the process so smoothly

At the front desk, Natalie warmly greets patients, answers questions, and helps with check-out. She enjoys helping patients with the financial aspects of their dental needs, including insurance, payments, and claims. She speaks multiple languages, enjoys camping and travelling, and loves to make new friends. She looks forward to meeting you at the clinic.
