Practice Manager
Cate is our all-round team member who you will see sometimes in the surgery assisting the dentist with complex treatments and other times at the front desk to answer all of your dental queries and payment plan arrangements. She is very dedicated and keen to help every patient meet their dental health needs and she will guide you through the process so smoothly
At the front desk, Natalie warmly greets patients, answers questions, and helps with check-out. She enjoys helping patients with the financial aspects of their dental needs, including insurance, payments, and claims. She speaks multiple languages, enjoys camping and travelling, and loves to make new friends. She looks forward to meeting you at the clinic.

Jess is the welcoming face and organised force at the heart of our practice. With a strong background in banking and property management, she brings exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding patient care. Jess ensures our front office and day-to-day operations run smoothly, helping every patient feel welcomed and supported from the moment they walk through the door.
Known for her friendly nature and approachable personality, Jess is dedicated to creating a positive experience for both our patients and team. She takes pride in providing excellent customer service and helping the practice operate efficiently behind the scenes.
Outside of work, Jess is a proud mum of two boys and loves spending quality time with her family. She also has a passion for travel and is always planning their next exciting adventure.
Front Office Coordinator
Veronica is our friendly and dedicated Front Office Coordinator, committed to making every patient feel welcome and comfortable from the moment they arrive. With valuable experience gained working as a Dental Assistant and a Certificate III in Dental Assisting, she brings a strong understanding of patient care and dental procedures to her role.
Veronica’s warm and approachable nature, combined with her excellent organisational skills, helps ensure the practice runs smoothly and that patients receive exceptional service at every visit. Whether she is coordinating appointments, answering questions, or assisting patients throughout their dental journey, Veronica is always happy to help.
Outside of work, Veronica enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and partner. She loves exploring Australia’s beautiful landscapes through camping adventures and is always happy to share stories from her latest trip.

Melisa brings over four years of experience in administrative roles, she brings her expertise and friendly nature to ensure every patient feels welcomed and well cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. With a genuine passion for helping others, she takes pride in assisting patients with the financial aspects of their treatment, answering questions, addressing concerns, and coordinating appointments to suit each patient’s individual needs.
Melisa is dedicated to creating a positive experience for every patient through her approachable manner, excellent organisational skills, and commitment to exceptional customer service. She enjoys building relationships with patients and helping make every visit to Dental @ Niddrie Plaza as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Outside of work, Melisa is currently studying Psychology, further strengthening her passion for understanding and supporting others. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring nature, and making the most of time with her family and friends.
Senior Dental Assistant
Being an overseas-qualified Dentist, Affa brings her knowledge and applies it to her work. She is fully aware of all dental procedures and standard infection control procedures; hence, she plays her role efficiently with the dentist. With over two years of experience in dental assisting in Australia, Affa is passionate about upskilling herself and is currently in the process of taking her licencing exams to become a dentist.
With four years of experience as a Dental Assistant, Lensa is passionate about providing high-quality patient care and creating a comfortable, positive experience for every patient. She enjoys working as part of a supportive dental team and takes pride in assisting with a wide range of dental procedures while ensuring patients feel relaxed and at ease throughout their visit.
Lensa is committed to continually developing her skills and expanding her knowledge, allowing her to provide the best possible support to both patients and clinicians. Her caring nature, attention to detail, and friendly approach make her a valued member of the Dental @ Niddrie Plaza team.

Then is a dedicated Dental Assistant who is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and compassionate approach to patient care. She takes pride in providing high-quality support to both patients and the clinical team, helping every appointment run smoothly while ensuring patients feel comfortable and well cared for.
With her calm and friendly nature, Then has a natural ability to put patients at ease, creating a positive and reassuring experience throughout their visit. Bethel has been a valued member of the Dental @ Niddrie Plaza team for the past three years. She enjoys being part of a friendly and supportive team, where she has built meaningful connections while continuing to develop her skills and knowledge in dental assisting.

Jayashree is one of our amazing Dental Assistants at Dental @ Niddrie Plaza. Pressi is originally from Malaysia and moved to Australia in 2017. She is one of the Qualified Dental Assistants you will see throughout your procedures and sometimes in the reception receiving your payment, answering calls, or booking appointments. She goes above and beyond so you receive exceptional care throughout your consultation, procedure, and recovery.
She’s multilingual and speaks English, Malay, Malayalam, and Tamil. She loves to travel, explore new places, and try new cuisines whenever she gets the chance. Photography is another passion of hers.
